A specialist team. One point of contact.
IMAGEFLOW was built on a simple idea: signage projects go wrong when nobody truly understands the full picture. Our team does — and Frank Remoundos leads every project personally.
Education & Training
Frank Remoundos — Director & Project Manager
Frank started in the signage industry at 20, working as a designer and printer operator in a small sign shop in Athens, Greece. By the time he moved to Melbourne at 26, he had already developed a hands-on understanding of how signage is actually made — not just how it looks on paper.
In Melbourne, Frank joined Signcraft as a designer before moving up to manage the design department. From there, he moved into the engineering department — applying his deep understanding of how things are built and his instinct for practical problem-solving to the structural side of signage. He later served as Senior Project Manager at Zest Image, running major retail and commercial projects, before founding IMAGEFLOW in January 2020.
That career path — from the print room to the engineering department to senior project management — is unusual. Most project managers come from one side of the industry. Frank has worked in pre-press, design, fabrication, engineering, and installation. That means he can read a set of shop drawings, spot a structural issue before it becomes a problem on site, and have a credible conversation with every trade involved in a project.
What drives every project we take on.
These aren't aspirational values on a wall. They're the practical principles behind every decision we make on your project.
Safety first, always
Every installation is managed with a compliant SWMS, proper access controls, and trades who understand their obligations. We don't cut corners on safety — ever.
Communication without gaps
You always know where your project stands. We proactively flag issues, never hide problems, and keep every stakeholder informed without you having to chase us.
Risk caught early
Most signage problems are predictable. Thirty years of experience means we spot them at survey stage — not during installation, not at handover.
Predictable delivery
We set realistic timelines and we meet them. When something changes, we tell you immediately and give you options. No surprises on site, no last-minute drama.
Let's talk about your project.
Whether it's a single-site install or a national rollout, we'd like to hear what you're working on.
